    Criteria Details
    Any legal entity including Company/ Society / Trust/ Partnership/ Proprietorship as per the process and applicable laws and guidelines of more than 3 (three) years of existence
    Documents Required
    CIN/MOA/AAA/Partnership/ Proprietorship deed or any other applicable documents
  • Experience
    Entity with more than 3 (three) years of experience in implementing IT/ITES development programs
    Undertaking on Year wise List of Students Trained with their certificate / employment and contact details Other Recognition, if any
  • Physical Infrastructure
    Minimum space requirement: 600 Sq. ft.(For Municipal area) 800 Sq. ft. (For Rural area) with the following:
    1. Practical Room (AC) at least 01
    2. Theoretical Room at least 02
    3. Or Theory cum Practical Room with A/V support-02
    4. Or Smart Class Room-02
    5. Library / Reading Room/Space- 01
    6. Reception/Counselling Room-01
    7. Toilet- (Boys/Girls)-02
    8. CCTV
    9. Fire extinguisher
    • Land related documents/Rent agreement/Ownership deed
    • Floor plan/ Civil drawings
    • Electricity Bill (Latest)
    • Geo-tagged Photographs of I-VII with proper labelling
  • ICT Infrastructure
    1. At least 10 Desktops /PCs with i3/i5 or equivalent with Power Backup including Internet facility in form of physical LAN or Wi-Fi
    2. Printer-01 and Scanner-01
    3. Licensed software/ Open Source Software (as per requirement)
    4. Overhead/ Mobile Projector-01
    Geo-tagged Photographs of I-III with proper labelling
  • Human Resource
    At least 2 qualified faculty members possess Certification/Degree/Diploma with teaching experience of technology area of the courses applied for
    Self-attested Bio-Data with all qualifications/certificate along with appointment letter/ ESI-PF documents
  • Statutory details
    Valid Trade License on Commercial Training or equivalent field of operation, GST registration, last financial three year IT Return, PAN card, Voter ID / Aadhaar, Rent agreement
